Has the show been rescheduled because of COVID-19?
Our priority is to safeguard the health of all who participate in the event. SiTL Americas scheduled from June 16 to 18, will now take place from October 19 to 21, 2020 at Centro Citibanamex. This is due to the escalation of the COVID-19 crisis in Mexico and around the world.
This action was made following extensive consultation with all stakeholders and in alignment with the advice from the Mexican public health authorities regarding travel to and from impacted countries, and in addition to public authority advice to restrict public events.
Where and when will take place?
The show will be hold at Centro Citibanamex, Mexico City. Schedule 11:00 to 19:00 h.

Where can I find the exhibitor manual?
The manual will be sent via email through your Customer Experience Executive, and it is also available on the Exhibitors Module (portal), enter using your username and password sent to your company representative.
With who and where can I contact during the assembly, disassembly and during the show to resolve issues about my booth?
An Organizing Committee module will be located inside the exhibition floor; it will be served by our Customer Experience Executive (Itzel Pacheco) who can support you with any situation.
How can I access the maneuvering yard?
The entry is by Ave. Del Conscripto, Door 6. Once there will be assigned the corresponding path by the Organizing Committee.
Are there any restrictions on the use of electric ladders?
Yes, it is not possible to enter with bulky material by escalators, dollies, scaffolding, etc.
Should I bring safety equipment to the assembly and disassembly?
Yes. It is the contractors and exhibitors responsibility to guarantee that their workers have the proper personal protection equipment. Specially the following cases: 1. It is mandatory to wear security helmets when there is a risk of falling. 2. It is mandatory to wear sturdy shoes during the assembly and disassembly to protect feet. 3. It is mandatory to wear safety harness when working at height.
Where can I eat?
Yes, during the event there will be fast food areas in Hall D, in addition to 2 food trucks in the Garden area. Also, you can buy food in the modules that Centro Citibanamex has available, as well as in the Galeri restaurant or in the Sanborns of the venue.
