Where and when will take place?

The show will be hold from 16th- 18th June 2020. Schedule 11:00 to 19:00 h.

Where will take place?

It will take place in Mexico City, at Centro Citibanamex located in  Av. del Conscripto # 311, Lomas de Sotelo, Hipodromo de las Americas, ZC: 11200.

Which are the assembly and disassembly dates?

Assembly:  will be on Monday, June 15th from 02:00 until  23:59 h, on the same day.   Disassembly: will be on Thursday, June 18th  from 21:00 to 24:00 h. It is not allowed to disassembly your booth before this time.       

Where can I park my car?

There is a special parking rate for exhibitors $128 MXN per day or $112 MXN per day paying it in advance 3 days during the first day.

How do I order my exhibitor badges and how/when do I get them?

You can registre online in www.sitlamericas.com, then you could receibe your badge to press busines card in hall D in Centro Citibanamex 

How do I get extra exhibitor badges?

If you are end user or provider you could registre free at www.sitlamericas.com, you get your badge 

If I am exhibitor, can I attend the conferences?

Yes, the access is free for you 

If I am exhibitor, can I participate as speaker?

Where can I find the exhibitor manual?

The manual will be sent via email through the Customer Experience executive and it is also available in the Exhibitors Module (portal) where you can enter through your username and password sent to your company representative.

With who and where can I contact during the assembly, disassembly and during the show to resolve issues about my stand?

An Organizing Committee module will be located inside the exhibition floor; it will be served by our Customer Experience Executive (Itzel Pacheco) who can support you with any situation.

How can I access the maneuvering yard?

The entry is by Av. Del Conscripto, Door 6. Once there will be assigned the corresponding path.

Are there any restrictions on the use of electric ladders?

Yes, it is not possible to enter with bulky material by escalators, dollies, scaffolding, etc.

Should I bring safety equipment to the assembly and disassembly?

Yes. It is the contractors and exhibitors responsibility to guarantee that their workers have the proper personal protection equipment. Specially the following cases: 1. It is mandatory to wear security helmets when there is a risk of falling. 2. It is mandatory to wear sturdy shoes during the assembly and disassembly to protect feet. 3. It is mandatory to wear safety harness when working at height.

Where can I eat?

You have to contract direct with Centro Citibanamex, before the event. 

Is there lost and found area at the venue?

We do not have lost and found area. 

Where can I get aditional services at the venue?

The additional services are located on the venue´s ground floor between hall A and B

Are there banks and ATMs at the venue?

Yes, only Citibanamex 

Is there medical service at the venue?

Yes, there are a service centers located in the main lobby.
